RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at reJUNKshop, a subsidary of ROCSIGNMENTS, LLC. We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and transparent return process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most second-hand and vintage items within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same packaging and unchanged condition as received.
Homegoods, including flatware, dinnerware, and stemware, are non-returnable, except in cases of damage upon arrival.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us via:

Messages must include your name, order #, and e-mail address used to make order.
Order Status: Your order will be assigned one of the following statuses:
ACCEPTED: Returns with an "ACCEPTED" status will receive a pre-paid
shipping label, provided by reJUNKshop, for return shipping.
ACKNOWLEDGED: Returns with an "ACKNOWLEDGED" status will receive a pre-
paid shipping label. The value of this label will be deducted from the final refund
amount.
ABSURD: Returns with an "ABSURD" status, including reasons such as "change of
mind" or "buyer's remorse," are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns, utilizing UPS or
USPS services.
Refund Processing:
For "ACCEPTED" returns, a full refund will be issued to the original payment
method after the returned item is received and reviewed.
For "ACKNOWLEDGED" returns, the refund will be issued to the original payment
method minus the cost of the return shipping label.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage within seven (7) days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Homegoods, including flatware, dinnerware, and stemware, are non-returnable, except for damages reported within seven days of arrival.
